What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

Valid Government Issued Identification - Driver's License, Military ID or Passport

What are the income and credit qualifications?

We use a third-party screening company to perform a standard credit and criminal background check and varifiable monthly income of 2.5% of the gross monthly rent.

What is acceptable 'proof of income' to sign a lease?

Acceptable income verification is monthly bank statements, paycheck stubs or the most recent tax returns.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

All residents must meet the qualifications to live in our communities.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

Provided the terms of the lease are fulfilled, there is no damage above normal wear and tear, and there isn't an outstanding balance, your security deposit is fully refundable.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

This is dependent on the option you selected when you signed the lease. Please contact the office for more information.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

We require all service requests to be entered through the resident portal.

On what day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

Late fees are assessed on the 4th of each month.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

All residents are required to pay rent through the resident portal.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Guests are welcomed for 14 days. If they will be visiting for a longer period, please contact the office.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

It's not required, but helpful.

Do you have cable services?

Yes, cable/Internet service is provided by Spectrum.
